Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using AnzanPro (website, apps, or services), you accept these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are creating an account on behalf of a child under 13, you confirm you are their parent or legal guardian and provide consent on their behalf.

2. Description of Service

AnzanPro provides a digital abacus and mental math learning platform including three apps (Kids, Tutor, Academy), a franchise management system, competition infrastructure, and this website. The platform is provided "as is" and is subject to change.

3. Accounts and Eligibility

• Students under 13 require verifiable parental consent.
• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials.
• One person, one account — no shared login credentials.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Franchise Partners

Franchise centres operate under a separate Franchise Agreement. Franchise partners must comply with AnzanPro's brand standards, curriculum guidelines, and quality criteria. AnzanPro reserves the right to audit centres and revoke franchise status for non-compliance.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on AnzanPro — including the curriculum, branding, app code, competition formats, and marketing materials — is owned by AnzanPro or licensed to it. Your account grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for its intended educational purpose only.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

Subscription fees (if applicable) are non-refundable except where required by law. Franchise fees are governed by the Franchise Agreement. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AnzanPro shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time via Settings → Manage Your Data → Delete Account in the app, or at anzanpro.com/delete-account on the web. We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately and data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India (for users worldwide), unless local mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in New Delhi, India, except where prohibited by local law.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with 30 days' notice for material changes (email + in-app notification). Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
