Parent contact: Email coppa@anzanpro.com for any children's privacy request. We respond within 24 hours.
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Our infrastructure runs entirely on Cloudflare's globally distributed network with no single point of failure. Access to production data is restricted to authorised engineers only, logged, and audited.
We conduct regular security assessments and respond to vulnerabilities within 72 hours. Report issues to security@anzanpro.com.
Depending on your country, you have rights including: access, rectification, erasure, data portability, and the right to object to processing. EU/UK users also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
To exercise any right, email privacy@anzanpro.com. We respond within 30 days (or sooner where law requires).
Account deletion is available in-app from Settings → Manage Your Data → Delete Account, or at anzanpro.com/delete-account on the web. Your account is deactivated immediately; permanent erasure completes after a 30-day grace window during which you can restore the account by signing in again.
AnzanPro processes data on Cloudflare infrastructure with data centre locations chosen to comply with local data residency requirements. EU user data is processed within the EU/EEA or under Standard Contractual Clauses. We evaluate country-specific obligations (India PDPB, UAE PDPL, etc.) as we launch in each region.
We use strictly necessary cookies only (auth session tokens, theme preference). No third-party tracking cookies are set. See our Cookie Policy for full details.
